Mr. Taime is responsible for planning, directing and controlling business operations. He drives the company’s IT strategy ensuring client needs are delivered and compliance and security requirements are maintained. In addition, he oversees HS&BA’s Health Management Programs in support of its client’s wellness and disease management objectives.

Mr. Haumesser, for more than 25 years, has managed the delivery of HS&BA’s benefit administration services to ensure the administration of sound benefit, financial and operational processes. Earlier in his career he was an audit partner with DeLoitte & Touche, LLP, specializing in Taft-Hartley trust funds.
Chief Operating Officer / Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Miramontes experience includes 20+ years of Taft-Hartley knowledge which includes a strong technical background in the industry. He is part of the executive leadership team and is directly responsible for the technical direction for the company as well as oversees the operating growth of the business operations. Mr. Miramontes has many years of leadership experience including managing large teams and in conjunction with other executive leadership, is responsible for providing guidance and support to the management teams and staff employed at HS&BA.
Ms. Dianda holds the position of controller and oversees the corporate accounting department. She has been with the company for over 20 years and has more than 35 year’s experience in the financial industry. Ms. Dianda’s extensive experience ensures the financial operational processes are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Ms. Lambert has over 20 years experience in management working as an account manager, operations manager, project manager and analyst. Ms. Lambert’s expertise understanding underlying and complex benefit plan details ensures that benefit and eligibility calculations are strictly applied by the claims, contribution and eligibility departments.
Account Executive / Director of Business Development
Ms. Christophersen joined HS&BA in November 2016. She has over 12 years’ experience in Taft Hartley Administration. As an account executive for one of our largest clients, she is a valued and trusted partner we can count on to ensure our success. Ms. Christophersen is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) and brings with her a marketing and communication degree in which she excels in improving communications to further educate plan participants as well as improve plan design. Ms. Christophersen is currently enrolled in CEBS and is eager to continue her education and growth in our industry.
Jessica Huergas, CEBS
Ms. Huergas is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and brings over 13 years of experience in the Taft-Hartley benefits administration industry. Prior to joining HS&BA, she held positions in client services, health & welfare and retirement plan management, and operations oversight. As an Account Executive with a rich background in relationship management and quality assurance, she is committed to helping deliver both an exceptional client and participant experience through the exploration of strategic development initiatives and new opportunities for customer service and operational efficiencies.
