Mr. Taime is responsible for planning, directing and controlling business operations. He drives the company’s IT strategy ensuring client needs are delivered and compliance and security requirements are maintained. In addition, he oversees HS&BA’s Health Management Programs in support of its client’s wellness and disease management objectives.

Mr. Haumesser, for more than 25 years, has managed the delivery of HS&BA’s benefit administration services to ensure the administration of sound benefit, financial and operational processes. Earlier in his career he was an audit partner with DeLoitte & Touche, LLP, specializing in Taft-Hartley trust funds.

Mr. Miramontes experience includes 20+ years of Taft-Hartley knowledge which includes a strong technical background in the industry. He is part of the executive leadership team and is directly responsible for the technical direction for the company as well as oversees the operating growth of the business operations. Mr. Miramontes has many years of leadership experience including managing large teams and in conjunction with other executive leadership, is responsible for providing guidance and support to the management teams and staff employed at HS&BA.

Ms. Dianda holds the position of controller and oversees the corporate accounting department. She has been with the company for over 20 years and has more than 35 year’s experience in the financial industry. Ms. Dianda’s extensive experience ensures the financial operational processes are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Ms. Lambert has over 20 years experience in management working as an account manager, operations manager, project manager and analyst. Ms. Lambert’s expertise understanding underlying and complex benefit plan details ensures that benefit and eligibility calculations are strictly applied by the claims, contribution and eligibility departments.

Ms. Christophersen has over 16 years’ experience in Taft Hartley Administration. As an senior account executive she has been instrumental in successful onboarding of new clients as well as effectively managing client retention with her exceptional customer service. She maintains great relations with trusted partners to ensure client success. Ms. Christophersen is now an elected Administrator committee member on the IFEBP Board.
Matt Clizbe, a graduate of Cal Berkeley, is a visionary and trusted business partner with proven expertise in providing customer centric solutions. He has spent the last decade in the Taft-Hartley industry delivering efficient daily functions of a fast-paced operation. Equipped with excellent communication and operational management skills and the ability to develop innovative strategies to meet the needs of clients and effectively interact with key stakeholders, Matt’s skill set is a great addition to the HS&BA team.
Ms. Coronado has over 20 years’ experience in the Taft-Hartley industry having held a variety of roles in contribution accounting. Her extensive background includes a very well-rounded, end-to-end customer-centric approach to providing exceptional customer service. Tiara leverages her experience as a former union member as well as managing bargaining-union employees while also seeking and providing valuable input and guidance from plan professionals. Ms. Coronado graduated from the University of Phoenix with an MBA and is working towards obtaining her CEBS certification.
Mr. Sanouvong has over 14 years of Benefit Administration experience. Prior to becoming an Account Executive, Steven has held management roles in both Billing and Eligibility and Pension, where Pension Administration and Pension Compliance has been his area of expertise for the majority of this career. Steven’s main focus is providing first class service to his clients and their members. Given his background in Operations, Steven has been a strong advocate for great service to his clients, ensuring services falls in line with client needs.
