Health Services & Benefit Administrators, Inc. (HS&BA) is a Third-Party Administrator founded in 1989. We provide services such as claims processing, pension administration and employee benefits management. Our goal is to provide our clients with best in class service regardless of the type of trust that we are entrusted to administer. We instill a culture where we balance our employee and client commitments of treating both with ultimate respect to ensure that both sides have the best experience working with and for our company. We strategically plan ahead and use the skills of our dedicated team (union and management) to collaborate, innovate and continuously improve processes to ensure superior customer service.
